Lydia came in for her sitting session. She is a part of the Tiny Squishy Sweet: Baby’s First Year Plan….with this plan we photograph your little one 3 times in the first year. You can add on your maternity session on to this plan as well! Typically the second time I photograph babies is when they have started sitting well on their own. I ask parents to contact me when the baby starts sitting….then we schedule the session for about a month out to be sure that baby is sitting very well on their own. Sitting is the next milestone in your little ones first year. Newborn sessions they are sleeping…squishy curly…tiny. Sitting session shows how much your little one has grown…we start to see their personality come out. I love photographing this age! Baby’s are so in love with their parents….their eyes just glitter with admiration and love…it is my favorite part! Safety comes first…this is why I want them to be sitting on their own and doing it well. I never want to leave a baby sitting and chance them falling over if they aren’t steady…even on the floor or ground this could hurt bad. I often have parents stay close by to spot the baby while I grab their attention and portraits!
