Baby Boy Lucas

I was so honored to capture this Kansas City Newborn’s first portraits.  His grandma and grandpa were so nice and gifted this session to his parents!  I have to say, there can’t be a better gift than heirloom images to cherish for a lifetime.  This little man…oh so sweet…was a dream to photograph.  He was such a sleepy little guy…and come on…these lips…oh man so cute!  Lucas had the most darling hair as well…it was a bit of a sandy blond!  Photographing newborns is definitely my love and it is always exciting.  Each of these tiny little people have so much personality for only being a few days old.  I truly enjoy figuring out just who I will get to be working with each day and how THEY want to handle the session!  In my studio the babies are pretty much always in charge, as I am sure they are at home most of the time as well!
